Barramundi Salad

BARRAMUNDI SALAD was inspired by herring salad which we ate on the day D'hotel’s owners invited us for dinner. I found the combination of raw fish and finely grated coconut to be very interesting, so I tried it. Let’s try it too!

  • 50gr barramundi fillet
  • 3-4slices lemon
  • 2 red beets
  • roquette stalks
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • lemon juicefrom 1/2 lemon
  • 1pinch sea salt
  • 1tbsp coconut rice
  1. Slice fish and red radish into very thin slices.
  2. Arrange fish, red radish, lemon, roquette on a plate.
  3. Sprinkle coconut rice. Before eating, put lemon juice, olive oil and sprinkle sea salt on the plate.
