Bauble salad (Pomegranate salad)

Bauble salad (Pomegranate salad)
I give POMEGRANATE SALAD a more beautiful name which is bauble salad. Because when Christmas is near, I always think of sparkling baubles hanging on pine trees everywhere. Mixing sauce includes olive oil, pomegranate juice, red wine vinegar (a kind of vinegar fermented from red wine), honey. If there is no red wine vinegar, you can use apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar as well. There are various choices of vegetables to mix with. I suggest you can use cherry tomatoes, green apples, lettuce, and pomegranate; but you can completely use other materials as you like. Those who are vegetarian shall not add more meat, but if for non-vegans like me, just add sauté beef, chicken, fish, shrimp ... to make the salad more attractive.
