Beef stuffed kohlrabi wrapped in french fries

  • 400gr ground beef
  • 5 kohlrabies~ 240gr/ kohlrabi
  • 3 potatoes
  • 3tsp salt
  • 1tsp pepper
  • 10 olives
  • pumpkin seeds
  • flour
  • cooking oil
  1. Marinate beef with salt and pepper
  2. Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices. Use a knife, cut around each potato into long strands, soak in salt water for about 10 minutes and then take out and drain.
  3. Split kohlrabies, cut the inner part out to create concaveness.
  4. Stuff the ground beef into the concaveness.
  5. Wrap the potato strands tightly around the stuffed kohlrabi halves, using a toothpick to fix. Do the same with the remaining kohlrabies. Leave a small space to attach the “eye”.
  6. Put enough cooking oil to cover the kohlrabies, turn on the stove and wait for the oil to heat.
  7. Sprinkle little flour to make a thin layer onto the 2 sides of kohlrabies, place it in the oil pan, and fry until golden yellow on both sides.
  8. Remove and put on blotting paper.
  9. Cut the olive into pairs to make the eyes-shape, using a toothpick to pin the eyes in the spaces.
