Beetroot sandwich

BEETROOT SANDWICH doesn't sound very appealing but it's worth a try. You will be surprised at the harmony between the sweet crunchiness of beetroot, the greasy smoothness of the cheese, the crunchiness and little bitterness of sprout and the fragrant crunchiness of toast.

Ingredients
  • 6pieces sandwich
  • 7 baby beetroots
  • 9pieces Emmental cheese
  • mayonnaise
  • 1handful sprouts
Instructions
  1. Peel beetroots, thinly slice and put on sandwich.
  2. Place cheese on top.
  3. Bake at 1800C for 20 minutes.
  4. Spread a layer of mayonnaise and add sprouts on the sandwich and enjoy.
