  • 200gr flour 13
  • 5gr sugar
  • 2gr pinch salt
  • 35gr water
  • 2gr dry yeast
  • 12gr unsalted butter
  • 100gr onion
  • 50gr dried tomatoes
  1. Chop onions, sauté with some cooking oil until browned, then stop and let cool.
  2. Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast and then add water and knead the dough until it becomes a fine, non-stick dough (knead by machine for about 10 minutes).
  3. Add butter to the dough and knead well then add the onions and dried tomatoes.
  4. Roll the dough into a ball and let it rest in a covered container until doubled.
  5. Knead the dough and laminate it, and then roll it into a ball.
  6. Prepare a 10x10cm square mold and place the dough in.
  7. Keep the dough warm until it rises close to the upper rim of the mold.
  8. Bake the cake at 2200C for 20 minutes until the cake is golden brown.
  9. The crust is crispy and the texture is soft when it is just baked.
