Cheese cake with raspberry jam

Ingredients
  • 200gr cookies
  • 30gr melted butter
  • 270gr cream cheese
  • 250gr whipping cream
  • 95gr condensed milk
  • raspberry jam
  • fresh strawberries
  • rosemary leaves
Instructions
  1. Put cookies into a nylon bag, use a pestle or a rolling pin to smash the cookies.
  2. Mix cookie crumbles with melted butter to form a sticky mixture, pour into the mold, spread evenly on the bottom of the mold to make the crust.
  3. In a bowl, use a whisk to beat the whipping cream until stiff peak forms. Add cream cheese and condensed milk in turn, whisk well. Pour the whipped cream mixture onto the crust.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before eating.
  5. When taking out the cake, garnish with raspberry jam, fresh strawberries and rosemary leaves.
