  • 150gr unsalted butter
  • 120gr ground sugar
  • 150gr egg white
  • 70gr almond flour
  • 50gr flour 8
  • 5gr vanilla extract
  • 5gr green tea powder
  • well roasted chestnuts
  • fig figs
  1. Heat butter on medium heat until it turns light brown, then take the pot out to cool down.
  2. Mix egg whites with sugar to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Sift almond flour and wheat flour into the egg white mixture until it becomes even.
  4. Add butter to the batter slowly and mix well then add vanilla.
  5. Divide the batter into 2 equal parts: add green tea powder into 1 part and mix well the other part.
  6. Butter the mold. Add the batter to 2/3 of the mold.
  7. Green tea powder: add dried figs.
  8. Whole powder: add ripe roasted chestnuts
  9. Bake the cake at a temperature of 180 C for 12-15 minutes.
  10. The cake is done, brown, with slightly crispy outer and soft and moist texture.
