Chicken and vegetable macaroni

Ingredients
  • 400gr chicken fillet
  • 200gr young corn
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 garlic
  • 4-5 fresh shiitake mushrooms
  • 1box peas
  • macaroni
  • cilantro
  • paprika chili powder
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • water
Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized square pieces.
  2. Split young corn in half. Cut tomato into pieces. Dice onion. Thinly slice shiitake mushrooms. Peel garlic.
  3. Put olive oil in the pan. Turn on the stove. Add onions and garlic and stir well. When the onions are done and fragrant aroma, add tomato. You can add oil or a little water to prevent pan frying. Stir gently until tomato is done, add corn, mushrooms and chicken. Keep stirring until the chicken is cooked and shrinks.
  4. Pour water so that the water nearly covers the chicken. Boil. Reduce the heat. Add peas (use the pea-soaked water). Season with salt to taste.
  5. Boil macaroni separately and put into the pot before eating.
  6. Put it on a plate. Sprinkle cilantro and paprika on top.
