Coldbrew Oolong tea with tamarind
To brew tea
  • 25gr oolong tea
  • 1litter filter water
To make jelly
  • 10gr agar powder
  • 70ml water
To make the tamarind tea
  • 60gr tamarind jam
  • 60gr fresh tamarind
  • 2slices ginger
  • 100ml coldbrew Oolong tea
  • 2-3tbsp sugar syrup
  • yellow lemon
  • peppermint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  1. To brew tea: Put the tea and water in the glass jar. Refrigerate for 8-10 hours. Strain out the tea. Coldbrew tea can be kept refrigerated for up to 5 days.
  2. To make jelly: Put the agar powder in the water, stir well. Cook over low heat until the agar powder is completely dissolved in the water. Store in the refrigerator until it has solidified.
  3. To make tamarind tea: Put fresh tamarind, tamarind jam, and coldbrew oolong tea in a glass. Add sugar syrup, ice cubes, and jelly. Garnish with peppermint leaves and 1 slice of yellow lemon.
