  • 400Gr button mushroom
  • 200Gr onions
  • 600Ml water
  • 150 - 200Ml whipping cream
  • 4tsp olive oil
  • 1ít salt
  • rosemary leaves(to garnish)
  1. Slice mushrooms. Dice onions.
  2. Put olive oil and mushroom into a pot, stir until the mushrooms are almost done, add the onions and stir.
  3. Once the mushrooms and onions are soft, add water and bring to the boil.
  4. Turn off the heat. Use a blender to puree the mixture of mushrooms and onions.
  5. Continue to simmer on the stove to reduce the amount of water until a thick paste is formed.
  6. Add whipping cream and stir gently to mix evenly. Turn off the heat.
  7. Season with salt to taste.
