Ingredients
  • 50 - 70gram soft dried beef jerky
  • 100gram pickled scallion heads
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1handful basil leaves
  • some roasted peanuts
  • 5 - 6tbsp scallion pickled water
Instructions
  1. Tear beef jerky.
  2. Thinly slice or chop pickled scallion heads.
  3. Thinly slice 2 types of bell peppers.
  4. Mix dried beef jerky, carrot, bell pepper, basil with scallion pickled water. Sprinkle some roasted peanuts on top and enjoy. Can be served with chung cake (bánh chưng).
