Ingredients
  • 500gr marshmallow candy
  • 1box toasted rice cereal
  • 180gr dried plums and cherries(you can use the fruits of your choice)
  • square mold (size 20x20 cm)
Instructions
  1. Put the marshmallow candies in a saucepan, turn on the stove to low heat, slowly simmer to melt the candies. Note, marshmallow is very easy to burn, so you have to stir evenly.
  2. Add roasted rice and dried fruits in turn into the melted marshmallow candies, stir until all ingredients form a cohesive mass.
  3. Pour the mixture into mold, spread evenly, squeeze, and let it cool. Once the cake is cool, cut into bite-sized pieces. If you don’t eat the cakes right away, wrap the cakes in pieces of rice paper to help keep the crunchiness of the cakes.
