Fish brewed with peas

To make this dish, you just need to put all the ingredients in the pot and turn on the heat. The sourness of the slices of lemon and the chilliness will help to remove the fishy smell. The sweetness of peas makes the dish tastier.

Ingredients
  • 600gr seabass(the whole fish or fish fillet)
  • 4slices yellow lemon
  • 4 chilli
  • 100gr peas
  • 5 bay leaves
  • 150ml water
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. Put the fish into the pot.
  2. Cut chilli in half.
  3. Add lemon, chilli, peas, bay leaves, water into the pot together with fish. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat, cook until peas are soft. Season with salt and pepper.
