Ingredients
  • 400gram fish fillets of any kind
  • 1 fresh coconut
  • white vinegar
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 lemongrass
  • 1tbsp ground pepper
  • raw vegetables
  • rice paper
  • seasoning sauce
Instructions
  1. Slice fish into thin slices.
  2. Finely chop lemongrass.
  3. Add coconut water, vinegar, lemongrass, and 4-5 slices of onion into the pot. Adjust the amount of vinegar depending on your taste.
  4. When eating, boil the pot of coconut water and vinegar, dip the fish in, roll with rice paper, raw vegetables and dip in seasoning sauce.
