Fried sausages and French-fries with the best sauce
  • Packaged American potatoes(amount of your choice)
  • Sausages(amount of your choice)
  • 400Gr tomatoes
  • 120Gr carrots
  • 100Gr onions
  • 500Ml water
  • 4-6tbsp curry powder
  • 4tbsp cooking cream
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • some chili powder
  • parsley
  1. Pan fry sausages with olive oil so that the sausages are well done all the sides.
  2. Deep fry American potatoes so that the potatoes are golden brown all the sides, take out, drain oil.
The best sauce
  1. Dice tomatoes, carrots and onions.
  2. Add olive oil to the pan. When oil starts to heat, add carrots, stir until carrots are done and turn to a little brown, add onions and stir. When onions are done, add tomatoes, stir until tomatoes are soft and done, add water.
  3. Bring the mixture to the boil, then reduce heat, add curry powder, simmer for about 15-20 minutes for the water to drain partly and for the mixture to be thicken.
  4. Turn off the stove. Add cooking cream, stir gently. Add a little salt to taste.
Recipe Notes

Before eating, sprinkle some chili powder and parsley on top to decorate.
