Green bean green tea ice cream popsicles
It is impossible to survive this hateful hot season without eating ice creams. Please enjoy the fresh green bean green tea flavored ice cream!

  • 200gr green beans
  • 1tbsp green tea powder
  • 1tbsp cornstarch
  • 100ml milk
  • 70ml coconut milk
  • 100ml whipping cream
  • 130gr liquid sugar
  • water
  1. Soak green beans in warm water for about 45 minutes, then put in the pot with an amount of water about 2cm higher than the beans, boil, reduce the heat, simmer until the beans are just cooked. Blend 2/3 of beans with a blender.
  2. In a small bowl, stir the green tea powder together with 5 tablespoons of water, add cornstarch, stir until the powder is evenly mixed.
  3. Put milk and sugar in a saucepan, simmer until sugar is dissolved, add the blended green beans and mix well.
  4. Add the coconut milk and green tea powder mixture in turn, stir. Turn off the heat.
  5. Place the cooked pot in a bucket of cold water to help the mixture cool quickly.
  6. Scoop the bean mixture into the ice cream mold. Put in the freezer for 4-6 hours before eating.
