Grilled fish in foil
GRILLED FISH IN FOIL is easy to do. Here I use seabass fillet. You can choose the vegetables of your choice! You just need to put all the ingredients in a foil, wrap, put in the oven, adjust the time and temperature, wait for the fish to be done and enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1kg seabass(~ 9 pieces)
- 150gr enoki mushrooms
- 9 baby potatoes
- 2 pink lemon
- a few string beans
- 1pinch Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the potatoes in half (if the potatoes are big).
- Remove 2 ends of string beans and split them in half.
- Arrange lemons, fish, potatoes, string beans, sprinkle a little salt on the pieces of fish to taste and add mushrooms, then wrap tightly.
- Bake at 175 C for 40 minutes, eat while it’s still hot.
