Grilled shiitake mushroom mixed with Balsamic vinegar

Ingredients
  • 250gr fresh shiitake mushrooms
  • 3tbsp soy sauce
  • some rosemary leaves
  • 1tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1tsp white sesame
Instructions
  1. Marinate shiitake mushrooms in soy sauce for about 20 minutes for mushrooms to absorb evenly.
  2. Turn on the oven to 1800C for 10 minutes to heat evenly. Line baking paper on the baking tray, put mushrooms on the baking paper. Use scissors to cut some rosemary leaves and put on top of the mushrooms. Bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Take out the mushrooms, mix with vinegar. Arrange on a plate. Sprinkle some sesame on top.
