Madeleine with orange peel jam and red velvet

Ingredients
  • 75gr eggs
  • 40gr powdered sugar
  • 50gr condensed milk
  • 50gr flour 8
  • 25gr almond flour
  • 75gr unsalted butter
  • 3gr baking powder
  • 3gr vanilla extract
  • 5gr cocoa powder
  • orange peel jam
  • food coloring
Instructions
  1. Melt the butter and let it cool down.
  2. Mix eggs and sugar to dissolve.
  3. Sift almond flour, wheat flour and baking powder into the egg mixture and mix well.
  4. Add butter to the batter, add vanilla, and divide the batter into 2 equal parts.
  5. Add cocoa powder and red food coloring into one part to make red velvet.
  6. Add orange peel jam into one part.
  7. Butter the mold. Divide the batter into 2/3 of the mold to bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes.
  8. When the cake is evenly cooked, it is brown and moist.
