Mango yogurt ice cream

Mango ice cream with yogurt base is easy to make even if you don't have an ice cream maker. This ice cream does not have whipping cream or condensed milk, so it will have some ice in it, and not be smooth, but the taste is lovely. This is for a brilliant summer 🙂

Ingredients
  • 3 ripe mangoes
  • 200gr yougurt
  • honey
Instructions
  1. Peel mangos, dice, keep in the freezer for 4-5 hours or overnight.
  2. Put 4/5 of the frozen mango in a blender, add yogurt and honey, puree. The amount of honey is adjusted according to the sweetness of the mango.
  3. Pour the mixture into the mold/ box, mix another 1/5 of the remaining mango into the mixture, use a spoon to smooth the surface
  4. Keep in the freezer for at least 4-5 hours before eating.
