Mango yogurt salad
Yogurt mango salad with a combination of mango, bell peppers, fresh shrimp and yogurt will make a refreshing snack with a hint of sea flavor.

Ingredients
  • 1 mango(ripe)
  • 6 shrimps
  • 100gr lettuce
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100 gr yogurt(sugary)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3-4 slices lemon(thin, for décor)
Instructions
  1. Shrimp washed, peeled peeled (only retain the tail), baked or sautéed until cooked.
  2. Cut thin and long strands. Washed lettuce. Put lettuce and chili on a plate, lying side by side.
  3. Diced mango, put in a small bowl. Mix mango with lemon and salt, then pour on a plate, next to salads and chili. Use a spoon to sprinkle the yogurt between the lettuce and the chili. Arrange the shrimp and a few slices of lemon on top. Mix well before eating.
