Mixed olive

Mixed olive
Turkey is home to the fruitful olive trees. Olive trees appear everywhere during our journey. In restaurants, chefs often use olive oil rather than butter. The Turks have a habit of making very salty salted olives, to keep it for a long time, to serve with other dishes in all three main meals: breakfast - lunch - and dinner. Some soaked olives can be eaten with main dishes, or mixed with salad, salsa. And the simplest way is to mix olives with tomatoes, cucumbers and some olive oil, lemon juice, and sprinkle some dills.
