Ingredients
  • 10 scallions
  • 1/2 tofu
  • 10stalks Coriander
  • 1/5 carrot
  • 10 shiitake mushrooms
  • sweet fish sauce
Instructions
  1. Blanch scallions through boiling water.
  2. Quickly fry tofu with cooking oil, cut into slices with thickness of about 3mm.
  3. Shred carrot into thin slices.
  4. Pan-fry shiitake mushrooms with some soy sauce.
  5. Use blanched scallions to roll the tofu, carrot, mushrooms and coriander into small bite-sized rolls. Serve with sweet fish sauce.
