Oyakodon rice

Japanese Oyakodon rice I learned online and adjusted a little according to my own recipe. We all liked it the first time we tasted it.

  • 2pieces chicken breast
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 coriander stalks
  • 1 green onion stalk
  • 4tbsp soy sauce
  • 4tbsp rice wine
  • 4tbsp dashi broth
  • 1pinch sugar
  • some seaweeds
  • 2bowls rice
  1. Slice chicken into small pieces. Slice onions into thin pieces. Chop cilantro and green onions. Cut seaweeds into small pieces.
  2. Add soy sauce, dashi, sugar onto the pan and stir well. Add chicken.
  3. Add onions. Turn on the heat, bring to the boil.
  4. Beat the eggs into a bowl and beat the eggs with a chopstick.
  5. Slowly add the eggs to the pan until eggs are cooked, add cilantro. Turn off the heat. And finally, as you know, just scoop the eggs and chicken in the pan and place them on the surface of the white rice bowl, add the egg yolks in the middle of the rice bowl, garnish with green onions and seaweeds.
