Pan-fried vegetable salad

Ingredients
  • 2branches kale
  • 4-5 baby carrots
  • 4-6 cherry tomatoes
  • 6 mushrooms
  • sprouts of all kinds
  • salt
  • 1tbsp molasess
  • 1tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1tbsp olive oil
Instructions
  1. Slice mushrooms and carrots in half vertically.
  2. Sauté kale and mushrooms with olive oil. Sprinkle some salt.
  3. Sauté carrots with molasses.
  4. Put all the ingredients on the plate.
  5. Drizzle the vinegar evenly on top. Mix well when eating.
