Ingredients
  • 500gr seabass fillet
  • 1 turmeric (small)
  • 3tbsp fish sauce
  • 80gr bean sprouts
  • 1/4 pineapple
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 6-8 lemongrass stalks
  • 400gr noodles
  • cooking oil
Sweet and sour fish sauce
  • 1 chili
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 2tbsp sugar
  • 4tbsp fish sauce
  • 6tbsp filtered water
