Pineapple coconut smoothie

This is the nutritious Pineapple coconut smoothie I've just made. I do not drink sweet beverage, do not use sweetened condensed milk, but I use a few tablespoons of raw cane sugar instead. If you follow that recipe and you feel it lacks of sweetness, you can adjust the sweetness by adding sugar or condensed milk to taste!

Ingredients
  • 1 coconut fruit(get coconut rice)
  • 1 pineapple
  • 80ml fresh milk
  • 1/2 yellow lemon(get lemonade)
  • 3-4tsp cane sugar
  • Ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend smoothly. Then, add ice cubes to grind together. Adjust the amount of ice to create the coldness and thickness as you like.
  2. Pour into a cup or coconut shell (like me), decorate with a lovely piece of pineapple and a little branch of rosemary!
