Rainbow salad
RAINBOW SALAD is a colorful dish with very simple ingredients!
Ingredients
Vegetables and meat
  • 300gr shrimp
  • 3 beetroots
  • 2 apples
  • 2 carrots
  • olive oil
Sauce
  • 9tbsp olive oil
  • 3tbsp wine vinegar
  • 3tbsp honey
  • 3 parsleys
  • 1handful cilantro
  • 1pinch salt
  • a little dry seeds
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice carrots, beetroots, and put them into a bowl.
  2. Thinly slice apples, finely cut and put in a bowl and mix.
Sauce
  1. Cut off the hard parts of the parsleys, finely chop and put in a bowl.
  2. Puree the cilantro.
  3. Add in olive oil, wine vinegar, honey and salt and mix well and set aside.
Sauté shrimp
  1. Put some olive oil in the pan.
  2. Put shrimps into the pan. When the shrimps turn into golden brown and well done, turn the shrimps over, add a little salt.
  3. Put shrimps in a salad bowl. Add mixing sauce and mix well, sprinkle some dry seeds to serve.
