Rolled sandwich with vegetable and cheese
If you are getting tired of meat and fish, then vegetables are a good choice to get your appetite back. This sandwich is made with cheese which is sure to make your kids excited!

  • 8pieces sandwich
  • 60gr cheese(soft)
  • 1/4 carrot
  • 3pieces red apples
  • 1/4 cabbage
  • 1pinch salt
  1. Cut out the brown borders of the sandwiches, then press the sandwiches to make them thin.
  2. Finely slice the cabbage. Dice carrot and apple (keep the apple skin).
  3. Mix cabbage, carrot, apple and salt well.
  4. Place the mixture onto each pressed sandwich, then roll the sandwiches. Spread cheese on the sandwiches, and just leave a very small border of each side to make the sandwiches’ rolls stay in place.
  5. Cut each sandwich into 4 small pieces which can be eaten right away or kept in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before eating. Another way to enjoy the sandwiches is to fry the whole sandwich with a little melted butter, then cut it into 4 small pieces and enjoy the sandwich when it's hot.
