Salmon sandwich

Summer is back, let's start a new day with salmon sandwiches with fresh grapefruit and a little greasy taste of butter!

Ingredients
  • 6slices grilled sandwich
  • 6thin slices salmon
  • 1/3 avocado
  • 4sections grapefruit
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 1tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1tbsp honey
  • 1pinch salt
Instructions
  1. Grate butter.
  2. Mix grapefruit with olive oil, vinegar, honey, and salt.
  3. Spread butter on one side of the sandwich. Put fresh salmon on top. Drizzle grapefruit and vinegar oil on the salmon. Salmon should be refrigerated before eating to keep it fresh.
  4. Use immediately when it’s done.
