Ingredients
- 250gram seabass
- 50gram asparagus
- 3tbsp olive oil
Pepper sauce
- 4branches green pepper
- 3tbsp soy sauce
- 3tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2tbsp cooking oil
- 1tbsp white sesame
- 1/3tbsp sugar
- 1pinch salt
Instructions
- Sauté seabass so that it is done evenly on both sides.
- Sauté asparagus until it is just cooked and slightly scorched.
- Put all the ingredients of the sauce in the saucepan. Boil.
- Arrange the seabass and asparagus on a plate. Sprinkle pepper sauce on the fish surface and enjoy.
