Ingredients
  • 250gram seabass
  • 50gram asparagus
  • 3tbsp olive oil
Pepper sauce
  • 4branches green pepper
  • 3tbsp soy sauce
  • 3tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2tbsp cooking oil
  • 1tbsp white sesame
  • 1/3tbsp sugar
  • 1pinch salt
Instructions
  1. Sauté seabass so that it is done evenly on both sides.
  2. Sauté asparagus until it is just cooked and slightly scorched.
  3. Put all the ingredients of the sauce in the saucepan. Boil.
  4. Arrange the seabass and asparagus on a plate. Sprinkle pepper sauce on the fish surface and enjoy.
