Spaghetti with garlic and olive
Nothing is as easy as cooking a plate of spaghetti. The problem is how to make it delicious! Pasta with garlic and olive is the dish I learned from a cook in a French restaurant, a dish that I cooked during the time I kept staying at home and work, there was nothing but garlic and a pickled olive jar in my fridge. This dish is suitable for those who are bored of meat. If you really like to eat meat, you can add a sausage, some shrimps or a piece of pan-fried chicken. How easy!

Ingredients
  • 200gram spaghetti
  • 4 stalks Coriander
  • 100gram soaked olives
  • 20gram pickled bell peppers
  • 20 cloves garlic(peeled, crushed or sliced thin)
  • mixed aromatic leaves
  • olive oil
  • salt
Instructions
  1. Boil water. Put noodles to boil. Take out, drain. Note: Salt and oil should be added to the boiling water to make the noodles more delicious and shiny. Sprinkle a little oil into the noodles and stir after draining to prevent the noodles from sticking.
  2. Put olive oil in a pan. Wait for the oil to heat, add the garlic, stir until the garlic turns golden brown, add noodle and stir. Season with salt to taste. Sprinkle mixed aromatic leaves after turning off the stove.
  3. Mix the olives and pieces of soaked chili into noodles and enjoy.
