Spinach soup
This is an extremely simple and nutritious soup. You won't know how amazing the combination of spinach and Greek yogurt is until you taste it.

Ingredients
  • 250gr spinach
  • 150ml water
  • 300ml yogurt(no sugar)
  • 3-4tsp honey
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Some dry seeds(optional)
Instructions
  1. Put spinach and water in the pot. Boil the spinach, then puree the spinach with a blender, continue simmering gently. Add yogurt, honey. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Put the soup into the dish. Sprinkle some dry seeds on the soup.
