Ingredients
- 1/2kg Ha Long squid patties
- raw vegetables
- lettuce
- rice papper
- 1/4 pineapple
- cooking oil
- sweet fish sauce (to serve with)
Instructions
- Fry the squid patties to golden on both sides. Cut the patties into long and small pieces.
- Roll squid patties with raw vegetables, lettuce, pineapple, and rice paper.
- Serve with fish sauce.
