Ingredients
  • 1/2kg Ha Long squid patties
  • raw vegetables
  • lettuce
  • rice papper
  • 1/4 pineapple
  • cooking oil
  • sweet fish sauce (to serve with)
Instructions
  1. Fry the squid patties to golden on both sides. Cut the patties into long and small pieces.
  2. Roll squid patties with raw vegetables, lettuce, pineapple, and rice paper.
  3. Serve with fish sauce.
