Stewed fruit in wine

STEWED FRUIT IN WINE is a charming, mildly sour, refreshing dessert, adding a bit of warmth from cinnamon and wine, so that we can end the party and feel the aftertaste...

  • 1 1/2 apples
  • 1 1/2 pears
  • 1/2 pineapples
  • 150gr grapes
  • 120ml wine
  • 400ml water
  • 4-5tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon powder
  1. Wash pears and apples thoroughly, peel, (you can keep apple skins if you like), dice into small cubes.
  2. Peel pineapple and remove the core, cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Wash grapes and cut in half.
  4. Pour water and sugar into the cooking pan until the sugar dissolves, then add wine to cook.
  5. Add cinnamon powder and fruit.
  6. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until fruit is soft and absorb sugar and wine, and turn off the stove and allow to cool.
  7. Before eating, cut a thin slice of lemon and put into the cup. Essential oil from lemon zest and lemon juice will make the dessert more delicious.
