Stir-fry noodle with scallop

  • 3squeezes noodle
  • 1kg scallop
  • 6cloves garlic
  • 2/3 carrot
  • 3tbsp cooking oil
  • 5tbsp soy sauce
  • A little chili powder(optional)
  • water
  1. Open the scallops, keep the scallop adductor muscles, cut out the black bag on the scallops.
  2. Boil the water. Add one pinch of salt and some cooking oil. Put the squeezed noodles into the boiled water and wait for 1 minute, then fish the noodles out, drain the noodles, mix them with some cooking oil to prevent the noodles from sticking together.
  3. Mince or smash garlic.
  4. Finely cut carrot.
  5. Pour some cooking oil onto the pan, when the oil is heated, put garlic in. When garlic turns golden brown, add carrot, stir it until it is done to a turn, and add scallop adductor muscles, then mix with 2 tbsp soy sauce.
  6. Stir well until the scallops are done and start to shrink. Put noodles into the pan and mix together. Add 3 tbsp soy sauce.
  7. Stir noodles until the ingredients are well mixed with spices. Arrange the food on the scallop shells which have been cleaned. Sprinkle a little chili powder (optional).
