Ingredients
  • 100gr spinach
  • 200gr melons
  • 200gr bananas
  • 100gr yogurt
  • sugar or honey
  • ice
Instructions
  1. Wash spinach and cut into pieces about 5cm long.
  2. Peel melons and cut into small pieces.
  3. Peel bananas and cut into round pieces.
  4. Put spinach, melons, bananas, yogurt, sugar (or honey) in a blender to puree.
  5. Pour out into a glass, add ice cubes, stir gently and enjoy.
