Pineapple cooked with rock sugar syrup is a great way to save bland-flavored pineapples. Sugar syrup seeps into the pineapple to make the pieces sweeter. The sour taste in pineapple produces a mild pineapple flavor to the sugar syrup. Using this syrup to prepare drinks with other fruits will create a special flavor. I think yellow suits summer so I decided to make a juice with pineapple, orange, passion fruit and lime. Enjoy!
1passion fruit (juice)
1-2mint leaves (decoration)
Dice pineapples, cook with rock sugar and water until the sugar is dissolved and the pineapple taste is slightly sour and mixed with the sugar syrup.
In a glass, add 250ml of pineapple and sugar mixture, then add passion fruit juice and orange juice. Add 2 slices of lemon lime.
