Yellow summer

Pineapple cooked with rock sugar syrup is a great way to save bland-flavored pineapples. Sugar syrup seeps into the pineapple to make the pieces sweeter. The sour taste in pineapple produces a mild pineapple flavor to the sugar syrup. Using this syrup to prepare drinks with other fruits will create a special flavor. I think yellow suits summer so I decided to make a juice with pineapple, orange, passion fruit and lime. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 250ml filtered water
  • 100gr rock sugar
  • 1 passion fruit (juice)
  • 1 orange juice
  • 2slices lemon lime
  • 1-2 mint leaves (decoration)
  • Ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Dice pineapples, cook with rock sugar and water until the sugar is dissolved and the pineapple taste is slightly sour and mixed with the sugar syrup.
  2. In a glass, add 250ml of pineapple and sugar mixture, then add passion fruit juice and orange juice. Add 2 slices of lemon lime.
  3. Add ice cubes. Garnish with mint leaves.
