Simple, easy to make and delicious salad dressings

Salad is the forte of our home. Once a salad is placed on the table, it will be gone very quickly. These recipes are especially useful for small parties when you separately display vegetables and some sauces, and each guest will depend on their taste and choose the one they find most delicious.

BALSAMIC OLIVE OIL SAUCE

3 tsp olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 pinch salt
some pepper

Served with: Tomato, olive, Mozzarella, rosemary, types of lettuce (of your choice).

YOGURT SAUCE

1 tbsp of lemon juice

100 grams of yogurt (sugary)

1 pinch of salt

some pepper

Served with: ripe mango, shrimp, lettuce, green bell pepper.

YELLOW MUSTARD SAUCE

1 tbsp of minced garlic

6 tbsp of olive oil

2 tbsp of lemon juice from yellow lemon

2 tbsp of yellow mustard

1 pinch of salt

Some pepper

Served with: types of lettuce, bacon, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, Mozzarella, yellow bell peppers.

PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE

3 tbsp of olive oil

1 tbsp of peanut butter

1 tbsp of apple vinegar

1 tbsp of honey

1 tbsp of rosemary leaves

1 pinch of salt

Some pepper

Some chili powder (optional)

Served with: pan-fried chicken fillet, lettuce, red radish, cherry tomatoes, American oranges, and sprout.

SAUCE OF SOY SAUCE

3 tbsp of vinegar
1 tbsp of white sugar
10 tbsp of soy sauce
1/2 tbsp of sesame oil
10gr of minced garlic

Served with: Egg noodles, carrots, purple cabbage, cucumbers, yellow bell peppers, fried tofu.

SPINACH SAUCE

35gr of pureed spinach

6 tbsp of olive oil

2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar

1/2 teaspoon of salt

Served with: pan-fried green zucchini, shredded zucchini, and pepper cheese.

HONEY ORANGE SAUCE

3 tbsp of olive oil

1/2 teaspoon of honey

1/2 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar

1/4 teaspoon of pepper

1/4 teaspoon of salt

Orange juice squeezed from 1/5 orange

Served with: lettuce of all kinds, American oranges, pomegranates, rosemary
