Ingredients
- 400Gr chicken fillets
- 100Gr onions
- 100Gr mushroom
- 10Gr galangal
- 1cây lemongrass
- 3 shallots
- 2 resh red chillies
- 2 dried red chillies
- 2 lemons
- 300ml filtered water
- 500gr coconut milk
- 1tbsp sugar
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp seasoning powder(made from chicken)
- 5 lemon leaves
Instructions
- + Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces. + Peel onions, halve, then slice into four pieces. + Halve mushrooms. + Cut dried chilies and fresh chilies in half. + Cut lemongrass into pieces with the length of an index finger. + Smash shallots. + Squeeze lemon to take the juice, set aside.
- Put coconut milk in a pot, bring to a boil. When the coconut milk is boiling, add chicken, lemongrass, onions and shallots. Season with fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, seasoning powder. Serve when it’s hot.
