Thai style hot and sour chicken soup with coconut milk
Thai style hot and sour chicken soup with coconut milk - with soft chicken meat mingled with the sweet, greasy taste of coconut water, creating a delicious fat with a bit of spiciness that makes you fall in love!
Ingredients
  • 400Gr chicken fillets
  • 100Gr onions
  • 100Gr mushroom
  • 10Gr galangal
  • 1cây lemongrass
  • 3 shallots
  • 2 resh red chillies
  • 2 dried red chillies
  • 2 lemons
  • 300ml filtered water
  • 500gr coconut milk
  • 1tbsp sugar
  • 1tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp seasoning powder(made from chicken)
  • 5 lemon leaves
Instructions
  1. + Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces. + Peel onions, halve, then slice into four pieces. + Halve mushrooms. + Cut dried chilies and fresh chilies in half. + Cut lemongrass into pieces with the length of an index finger. + Smash shallots. + Squeeze lemon to take the juice, set aside.
  2. Put coconut milk in a pot, bring to a boil. When the coconut milk is boiling, add chicken, lemongrass, onions and shallots. Season with fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, seasoning powder. Serve when it’s hot.
