The tray of fish after baked is beautifully golden brown. My husband was in love with this dish and kept wondering why there was such an easy yet so delicious dish. I guarantee that everyone can make that!

Ingredients
- 800gr sea fish
- 2handfuls unrefined salt
- some thyme leaves
- 2 yellow lemons
Instructions
- Slice yellow lemons into thin slices.
- Disembowel fish to remove the fish intestines, rub salt on and in the fish, then wash with clean water. Put some slices of lemon in the belly of the fish with some thyme leaves.
- Preheat the oven at 200 C so that the oven turns hot evenly. In the meantime, place a layer of baking paper on a baking tray, add lemons and sprinkle a handful of salt on the baking paper, continue topping the fish on top, then lay the lime on the top of the fish and sprinkle with a handful of salt on the fish.
- Put the tray in the center of the oven, bake at 200 C for 35 minutes and then raise the temperature to 250 C, continue baking for another 15 minutes on each side until the surface of the fish is scorched, and turns golden brown.
- Enjoy while it’s hot.
