Ingredients
Chicken wings
  • 600gr Chicken wings
  • 2tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2tbsp honey
  • 2/3tbsp lemon juice
  • 1pinch pepper
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 3cloves garlic (minced)
Beef
  • 250gr thick sliced beef for baking
  • 2tbsp fish sauce
  • 1pinch pepper
  • 2cloves garlicminced
  • 1tbsp cooking oil
  • 1clove shallots (finely chopped)
Pork belly
  • 300gr pork belly
  • 3tbsp soy sauce
  • 3cloves minced garlic
Fish
  • 370gr fish fillet
  • 1tbsp cooking oil
  • 3stalks green onion’s heads
  • 2tbsp fish sauce
Mushroom
  • 370gr King oyster mushrooms (sliced thinly)
  • 2tbsp cooking oil
  • 2tbsp soy sauce
  • 1tbsp vinegar
  • 1pinch pepper
Pork stuffed tomatoes
  • 400gr ground meat
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2,5tbsp fish sauce
  • 1stalk scallion (finely chopped)
  • 1pinch pepper
Okra
  • 200gr đậu bắpokra (cut into bite size)
  • 1tbsp cooking oil
  • 2tbsp satay or cajun powder
  • 1/4tsp salt
Zucchini
  • 2 Zucchinis
  • 1tbsp cooking oil
  • 1pinch salt
  • 1pinch pepper
Instructions
  1. Marinate meat and fish with spices according to the recipe.
  2. Particularly for pork stuffed tomatoes, cut tomatoes in half, remove the inner parts, then stuff the meat (marinated with fish sauce, scallion, and pepper) in the tomato halves.
  3. All ingredients should be marinated for at least 30 minutes before baking. Serve with salt, pepper and lime or any type of dipping sauce to your liking.
