Homemade BBQ
We are a couple who absolutely love hosting parties. There is nothing quite like inviting friends over, sharing food and drinks, singing together and swaying to music late into the night. Sometimes we plan ahead and have plenty of time to prepare different dishes. Other times, all it takes is a sudden burst of excitement and we call the whole gang over. That is when the same question pops into my mind: how do we shop efficiently, prep and marinate everything quickly, so that everyone can pitch in and, within half an hour, the feast can begin? After many gatherings and lessons learned, I realized that simplifying marinades and reducing prep steps saves a huge amount of time. After all, when it comes to grilling, the most important thing is savoring the freshness of the ingredients as they cook over glowing charcoal that crackles beneath them, right?
